Aberdeen ace Ramirez forced to delete tweet by own fans as he reacts to Rangers v Borussia Dortmund

Christian Ramirez was forced to delete a tweet about Rangers’ 4-2 win against Borussia Dortmund by Aberdeen fans on Thursday night.

As shown in a screenshot on Twitter, Ramirez tweeted to say “what a game so far” when the scoreline was at 3-1 at Signal Iduna Park in the Europa League.

After that, Pittodrie ace Ramirez deleted his tweet and then had a moan about Aberdeen fans.

“Deleted. Jeez, didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to watch,” said the 30-year-old American via his personal Twitter acount.

Watching Ryan Jack tear it up

Aberdeen fans were no doubt greeting over what they were witnessing last night as ex-Dons captain Ryan Jack put in an absolute masterclass of a performance.

Despite spending much of the last year injured, the 29-year-old was able to run rings around one of the best teams in European football.

Rangers

Jude Bellingham, Marco Reus, Alex Witsel and Mahmoud Dahoud were put to shame by the Gers star, who simply showed just how badly Aberdeen are ran after he left them on a free transfer a few years ago.

Sorry, guys (we’re not really).

As for Ramirez, what’s wrong with an American play watching a game that featured a few other American players as well as Aberdeen’s former captain? What’s wrong with him watching other teams play?

It’s not as though he sat there waxing lyrical about Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side, he just tweeted in general about the game.

Some fans are pathetic, they really are.

And it’s usually always the same club they support too.
