Ibrox View: Predicted Rangers starting XI v Borussia Dortmund in Europa League showdown
Rangers are back in European action this week with a huge trip to Borussia Dortmund on Thursday evening.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst will ring the changes after the Scottish Cup win over Annan Athletic saw plenty of rotation.
The trip to Germany will no doubt prove to be the toughest of the season for the Bears, who will be relishing the opportunity.
Allan McGregor will come back in goal, replacing Jon McLaughlin after his cameo in the Scottish Cup over the weekend.
Filip Helander will keep his spot after his injury return, with three changes set to take place around the Swede.
Connor Goldson, James Tavernier and Calvin Bassey will all return with pace and power going to be needed at the back.
Anchoring the midfield will be Glen Kamara, with his ability to get on the ball and keep possession going to be vital.
John Lundstram has hit top gear in recent weeks, and his reward will be a start in what promises to be our biggest game of the season.
Along with those two in the midfield three will be Aaron Ramsey, with his experience and skill set to be imperative against one of Europe’s best.
Joe Aribo will still feature, but will instead start on the right-hand side where he can cut in and roam to pick up dangerous positions.
It will be no surprise to see that Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos will finish the starting XI, with those two key to any result on the road.
