Scott Arfield contract talks with Rangers start to drag, could leave for free soon – report
Rangers contract talks with Scott Arfield are starting to drag at Ibrox, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper have reported on their website that the Bears are facing a real risk of losing the Canadian on a free transfer at the end of the season.
They have reported that there is strong interest growing from the MLS and from Turkish football ahead of the summer.

It is also said that Arfield’s preference is to remain at Ibrox beyond this season, something that should give Rangers the upperhand.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has given the 33-year-old more playing time since his arrival and taking over from Steven Gerrard.
It is still remained to be seen whether or not Rangers can reach an agreement in the coming weeks or not as talks continue in Glasgow, though.

Priority.
This has to be the priority in the next couple of weeks for Van Bronckhorst and Ross Wilson at Ibrox.
Arfield has been one of the few to stand out in recent weeks, coming off the bench and scoring the winner against Livingston and facing the media after the humiliating defeat at Celtic.
With Arfield’s willingness to remain at the club, this could be ironed out very quickly, but there appears to be something slowing it down.
Whatever it is, it needs to be solved as soon as possible, with a new contract announcement sometimes the little boost everyone needs at the club.
Wilson is set for a busy year of contract talks at the club, so the sooner he can sort this one, the quicker he can move on to the likes of Ryan Kent and Joe Aribo to solve their futures.
This looks like the easiest to complete, let’s not let it slip away.
