Don Hutchison reacts as Rangers sign Aaron Ramsey
Don Hutchison has suggested that it was his “biggest regret” to have not signed for Rangers after the Gers signed Aaron Ramsey on deadline day.
The Wales midfielder joined the Scottish club on loan from Juventus, where Rangers will pay a part of his wages.
Fans gathered outside Ibrox as they welcomed the former Arsenal midfielder.

Hutchison took to Twitter to applaud the move secured by Ross Wilson. He suggested that if Rangers can keep him fit, he would be a terrific signing.
He wrote: “My biggest regret in football was not signing for Rangers. One of the biggest/successful clubs in world football. What a signing they have pulled off tonight in A Ramsey. Get him fit and he can certainly play.”
Old Firm
This has been a big transfer window for the Gers.
They sold Nathan Patterson to Everton for a club-record fee, and bolstered their midfield region with a world-class player.
Although Ramsey won’t be fit to face Celtic in the Old Firm clash at Parkhead on Wednesday, he is still expected to play a big role this season.
Ramsey hasn’t played much football this season for Juventus, managing only 112 minutes of action.

However, in the coming weeks, Rangers do have some crucial games coming up against Hibernian and Hearts. Then, there’s the important first-leg clash against Borussia Dortmund in Europa League as well.
Ramsey brings with him a wealth of experience to the side. He played over 370 matches for Arsenal before moving to Juventus on a free transfer.
The Gers have also signed Amad Diallo on loan from Manchester United this month.
In other Rangers news, there was on-air meltdown on Sportscene at the news of this transfer.
