Ally McCoist issues Rangers and Celtic selection update
Ally McCoist claims that Kyogo Furuhashi has a chance to play for Celtic as they take on Rangers later today (February 2).
He also stated that Alfredo Morelos and Celtic ace Tom Rogic will miss out due to their international commitments.
Furuhashi, who was previously doubtful to play, could be back for a shock return despite his injury issues, per McCoist.

He said on talkSPORT, “From what I’ve heard so far, the Japanese forward Furuhashi has a chance. Tom Rogic started for Australia so I don’t think he’ll play. [Alfredo] Morelos won’t play either.”
Let’s win this
Rangers have not resumed from the winter break in the best shape as they would have liked.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has been unlucky with injuries and players being out on international duty.
Celtic, on the other hand, have looked red hot since the resumption of Scottish football.
With 54 points, a win for the Bhoys on Wednesday would see them leapfrog their arch rivals and sit atop the SPFL table.

What seemed improbable before the winter break seems extremely likely now, given how recent results have gone.
Rangers need to get their act together, and get it soon before things start to get out of hand for them.
They are nearing the business end of the season and cannot afford any more slipups.
Three points extend Gers’ lead to five points and that precisely is what they would want at this juncture of the season.
In other Rangers news, the club could have signed a ‘Combative’ centre mid whose father was an Ibrox icon.
