Aaron Ramsey accepts Rangers offer for deadline day move – report
Aaron Ramsey has accepted an offer from Rangers to join the club on deadline day, according to Goal Italia journalist Romeo Agresti.
It was claimed earlier on deadline day by Fabrizio Romano that Rangers were interested in the 71-cap Wales star as an option, but it was up to him to decide on his destination.
It’s believed the clubs have agreed on a loan deal with a buy-option for Rangers, and it’s now being reported that Ramsey has accepted the offer of the Bears.
According to the reliable Agresti, Ramsey has accepted their offer and that means the deal is all the more likely to go through on deadline day.
It’s believed Rangers will pay an initial £2m loan fee, with the buy-option set at £4.5m to make the deal permanent in the summer if he impresses.
Massive coup
Rangers are in a title race and the addition of Ramsey is absolutely massive if they can get it over the line.
Ramsey shone while at Arsenal before moving to Juventus in 2019 but has struggled in Serie A and has made just two appearances this season under Max Allegri.

Looking to kickstart his career once again, Ramsey had been linked with moves to the Premier League all month but it seems that Rangers have now won the race for his signature.
He would tilt the title race in favour of the Ibrox club with their lead cut to just two points following poor results since the season resumed following a winter break.
He could make his debut for the club in the Old Firm derby on Wednesday, which would be a huge shock to the system for Celtic who wouldn’t have been expecting to face a player of that level.
