Rangers will not sign Andreas Skov Olsen in January
Rangers have been reportedly linked with a move for Andreas Skov Olsen but a deal in January will not happen.
According to reports from the Daily Record, there has been no approach from the Ibrox club to sign the Bologna winger.
According to a recent report from Corriere di Bologna, the Seria A side are demanding £6.7million for the 22-year-old.
Strong end to this month?
Rangers suffered a massive blow this week after it was confirmed that Ianis Hagi will miss the rest of the season.
The Romania winger underwent an operation on his knee, and he won’t feature again this campaign.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst admitted (25 January) that the Gers will look to sign players this month only if the right candidate is available.
Skov Olsen is an out-and-out right-winger but whether Rangers would be willing to pay that amount remains to be seen.
The Gers do have money to spend having secured a record transfer fee by selling Nathan Patterson to Everton this month.
The report from Daily Record claims that “a deal will not happen in this window”, which gives a hint that probably Rangers will push for a move for the winger in the summer.
This has been a quiet transfer window so far, with Rangers bringing in James Sands from New York City on loan.
The Gers have also agreed a pre-contract deal with Hearts defender John Souttar and they might look to bring him to Ibrox this month on a permanent deal.
In other Rangers news, this Eastern European ace may emerge as a target for the Gers in the last few days of the window.
