Richard Foster drools over Alex Lowry after Rangers win v Stirling Albion
Richard Foster has showered heaps of praise on Alex Lowry as Rangers won 4-0 against Stirling Albion in the Scottish Cup at Ibrox on Friday (21 January).
The youngster replaced Ianis Hagi in the 15thminute of the game after the winger was taken off due to injury.
He opened the scoring for the Gers in the 31st minute, and earned praise from Foster.

“Huge credit to the young lad. He lifted the entire tempo of the team. He showed great awareness and composure. He’s trying to inspire the older pros. He’s got something different,” said Foster to BBC Sport.
Easy win
In the end, it was an easy victory for the home side.
James Tavernier scored from the spot to give a 2-0 lead at the break. The Gers skipper also missed a penalty as well.
In the second half, a delicious pass from John Lundstram found Cedric Itten in the box and the striker made no mistake.
Itten, who returned to the club this month after his loan spell was cut short in Germany, netter his first Rangers goal since February.

It was overall a good day for academy youngsters with Leon King replacing Leon Balogun as well, as Giovanni van Bronckhorst making good use of his substitutions.
Lowry made a clever attempt to score another one but couldn’t find the net. Fashion Sakala scored the final goal to put the icing on the cake.
Kemar Roofe also returned to action, and his comeback is a huge boost for the club especially in the expected absence of Alfredo Morelos.
In other Rangers news, the BBC are facing a multi-million-pound defamation action over Gers documentary.
