Rangers keen to sell Joe Aribo after Nathan Patterson exit – Journalist
Rangers “seem keen” to do business for Joe Aribo, according to The Scottish Mail of Sunday journalist, Gary Keown.
The Sports columnist of the year has noted that the in-form Gers midfielder is attracting interest from clubs in the Premier League.
Rangers sold Nathan Patterson for a fee of around £16 million in January to Everton [Sky Sports].

Keown wrote for The Scottish Mail on Sunday (printed edition; 16 January, page 157): “He is already attracting strong interest from the English Premier League and Rangers seem keen to strike while the iron is hot after securing a £12m fee from down the south for Nathan Patterson.”

Not ideal
Rangers should be looking to hold on to their star players this month after selling Patterson.
Aribo is currently participating for his country in the AFCON, and Rangers will miss his services in some crucial games.
The 25-year-old midfielder, who has been previously described as “priceless” by former Rangers hero Barry Ferguson, has been in great form this season.
He has always been a constant performer but the Nigerian has taken his game to a whole new level this season.

Aribo has been used in a slightly advanced midfield position. Using his pace, energy, skill and dynamism, he has been wreaking havoc in the opposition half.
His goal tally has improved but most importantly, his movement in the dangerous scoring areas has been a joy to watch this season.
He is in no rush to leave the club, but Rangers could offload him if they get the right price. It has to be a really crazy offer to lure him away from Ibrox this month.
In other Rangers news, a report has shared which players GvB will allow to leave Ibrox this month.
