John Lundstram could leave Rangers in January after James Sands’ arrival this week, claim the Daily Record.
The former Sheffield United midfielder has not enjoyed the best of starts to life at Ibrox, starting just eight league games all season.
Top-end sides in the EFL Championship could look to offer the 27-year-old an exit route this month.

There was a sense of excitement in the blue half of Glasgow when the Englishman joined for free when his previous valuation was in the region of £10million.
Midfield was an area that Steven Gerrard was looking to address and signing someone who impressed in the Premier League looked to be a good move on paper.
Lundstram was one of the best players in Sheffield United’s first seasons back in the Premier League as Chris Wilder deployed a unique 3-2-3-2 system with overlapping centre-backs.
He was expected to take his game to the next level at Rangers but that clearly has not happened.
With Sands walking through the door and set to rival him for a starting berth, Lundstram may find his game time getting diminished even further.
This could see him seek an exit in January and if there’s a good enough market for him, Rangers may be compelled into cashing in on his services.
Whether or not they can make a decent amount of money from his sale remains to be seen as he’s clearly not the player many thought he was when he first signed.
