Ally McCoist hopes GvB to sign Dutch players for Rangers in January
Ally McCoist is confident that Giovanni van Bronckhorst could look to sign one or two Dutch players for Rangers in the transfer window.
This will be the first transfer window for the new Gers manager, and he could be looking to bring one or two players of his choice.
The Dutchman has made a dream start at his new club, winning seven league matches in a row.

“I would be very, very hopeful that Giovanni could produce a little bit of Dutch magic for us,” the Gers legend said on BT Sport’s Scottish Football Extra (31 December).
“Maybe reintroduce one or two Dutch players that he knows
“He will certainly know that league and country very well, so I certainly wouldn’t be ruling that out.”
Massive January
This could be a big transfer window for the Gers.
The Scottish champions are going through financial problems, and they could operate on a modest transfer budget.
While the Ibrox outfit are determined to keep hold of their key players, they could be forced to do business if good offers come in.

The likes of Nathan Patterson and Joe Aribo are some of the players who could be targeted by big Premier League clubs, and should they be sold, a back-up transfer plan will be required.
At the same time, a host of players are facing an uncertain future at the club with some of them nearing the end of their contracts.
While any potential incoming transfer is bound to excite the fans, a lot will depend on the budget and how the squad shapes up.
Van Bronckhorst, obviously, has got a great connection in Dutch football, and he could be instrumental in bringing one or two Dutch players.
In other Rangers news, a journalist has suggested the Gers should swoop to sign this “terrific” winger in January.
