Rangers media partner Heart and Hand react as SPFL want sporting integrity maintained
Rangers media partner Heart and Hand have reacted after the SPFL warned clubs that the integrity of the league must be protected.
Covid-19 issues have seen some managers call for the cancellation of matches ahead of the winter break, and the SPFL company secretary and director of operations Callum Beattie has taken time to remind them of the requirements that must be met for that to happen.
Heart and Hand saw the funny side, taking to their official Twitter account to react in two words.

They said: “Christmas Lolz.”
Spot on
Rangers have played their last game ahead of the winter break, but a lot of the players wanted the Celtic clash, that was initially scheduled for January 2, to go ahead, with Allan McGregor questioning the postponement and the board’s sporting integrity.
Given their 100 per cent start to life under Giovanni van Bronckhorst in the Premiership, with seven straight wins to their name, heading to Parkhead for the Old Firm derby on the back of such a momentum would have been massive, and it is understandable why the decision to bring the break forward baffled the Ibrox outfit.

Rangers will now hope to resume action on top form and hopefully go ahead with the clash on February 2 with recharged batteries.
More importantly, GvB has to ensure that his players avoid contracting the virus, as postponement requests will only be granted if a club has fewer than 13 available players.
Of those 13, at least one must be a goalkeeper and at least 11 must be outfield players, and at least 10 must be aged 18 years of age or over.
