SNP politician takes swipe at Rangers ahead of Celtic final on Sunday

SNP politician James Dornan has hit out at a Rangers fan who called him out for his ridiculous moaning about refereeing decisions in Scotland.

Dornan makes no secret of the fact that he’s a Celtic fan and has regularly hit out over apparent unfair decisions against his club.

After saying Scottish referees are “utterly useless” and even suggesting something “sinister” happening on Wednesday, a Rangers fan called Dornan out, mentioning refereeing decisions that have recently gone in Celtic’s favour.

Dornan had no response for that and instead spouted some nonsense about him still basking in the glory of his club’s past accomplishments.

“I’m great mate. Still basking in our second nine in a row, and a quadruple treble,” said the Glasgow Cathcart MSP via his personal Twitter account on Thursday night.

“You make the most of your one trophy in 10 years, you certainly won’t be getting your second come Sunday.”

Hahahaha

At least Dornan is admitting that Rangers existed prior to 2012.

The Glasgow Cathcart MSP has been on a weird rampage against Scottish referees lately, even though Celtic get just as many decisions in their favour as anyone else and are still winning matches.

On Wednesday night, they stayed four points behind the league-leading Gers with a 97th-minute winner by Anthony Ralston at Ross County. Six minutes were added on.

But facts like that slip past Dornan without him giving any notice to them.

Why? Because they don’t fit his narrative – and it would be a real shame if that narrative was spoilt by factual information.

Celtic spent years singing about that title we won.

Yes, they won nine titles in a row and yes, they did that with no real opposition until Steven Gerrard came along.

What a sad state of affairs there is at Celtic Park now.

All they can do is cry over that one title we took away from them. They won nine but couldn’t just manage that one.

In other Rangers news, this BBC Sportscene pundit was totally baffled by what he saw happen in the win over St Johnstone.
