Ross Wilson ready to terminate Rangers loan deal for Josh McPake
Rangers are looking to recall Josh McPake from his loan spell at Morecambe in the January transfer window, according to reports from the Daily Record.
A host of English clubs including Salford, Barrow and Merseysiders Tranmere are looking to take the talented winger on loan for the second half of the season.
The report claims that Scottish Premiership clubs – Motherwell and Ross County – are his long-term admirers and could make a move for him.

Bright future
His current loan spell has been curtailed after he suffered an injury in training.
The youngster is a fantastic talent and all he needs is regular game time. Therefore, another loan move away from Ibrox for the Scotland under-21 in the second half of the season makes sense.
Rangers have an option to recall him back, and they have made the right decision to activate that.

It will be ideal for Rangers to send him on loan to a Scottish Premiership club, where it will be easier for Giovanni van Bronckhorst and his team to keep a close eye on him.
Furthermore, playing in the SPFL will give him huge confidence and he will return to the club as an even better player in the summer.
It will be interesting to see how Van Bronckhorst deals with young talents at the club.
While the Dutchman will be looking to sign new players to bolster the squad, he should also focus on grooming young talents.
So far, he has made a strong start to his managerial career at Ibrox, winning five and drawing one in his opening six games.
In other Rangers news, Sky Sports have reported if the Gers’ clash with Dundee United will go ahead amid a new COVID update.
