Rangers make approach to sign Bologna winger Andreas Skov Olsen in January
Rangers have approached Bologna with an enquiry about signing Denmark winger Andreas Skov Olsen ahead of the January transfer window, according to Il Resto Del Carlino.
The Italian newspaper reports on their website that Real Sociedad and Besiktas have done the same with the 21-year-old said to be unhappy about his situation with Serie A side Bologna.
It is understood that due to him not being a regular in the starting line-up, Billionaire-owned Bologna are open to letting the Denmark international leave in January.

Bologna’s manager Siniša Mihajlović seems ready to green-light a deal to see Skov Olsen move on and the Italian club is reportedly ready to listen to offers.
Young blood
There’s a lot to be excited about with Skov Olsen.
While he hasn’t set Italy alight during his time at Bologna, he’s still a young player who’s learning his trade and he’s not really been given as many opportunities as he would have hoped.
This season, the former Nordsjaelland winger has started just four Serie A matches and come off the bench 10 times.

However, he still is tipped to have a bright future.
According to the Daily Mail’s Mark Wilson, ex-Gers star Brian Laudrup highlighted Skov Olsen as a real rising star while the Denmark attacker has also netted six goals in 15 caps for his country.
Denmark’s Under-19s coach Henrik Clausen has spoken to First Time Finish about Olsen’s abilities and said that while he’s a tall player at almost 6ft 2in, “his speed, 1v1 and his left foot are his best traits”.
It seems Olsen is a powerful, pacey right-winger who likes to cut inside and play on his right foot.
With James Tavernier or Nathan Patterson bombing up the right flank on the overlap, it could make for quite a nice combination at Ibrox should Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Ross Wilson prove successful in their bid to sign Skov Olsen.
In other Rangers news, Ally McCoist slammed one player for a “really strange” moment in the win over Hearts.
