BBC man blown away by Rangers attacker Fashion Sakala v Dundee
Thomas Duncan has waxed lyrical over what Fashion Sakala did in the first half of Rangers v Dundee on Saturday (December 4).
In the initial stages of the contest, the summer signing showed off his flashy dribbling skills and beat Dundee right-back Christie Elliott with his sheer pace and technical prowess.
Unfortunately, he failed to test Adam Legzdins in the Dundee goal with a tame effort off target.

Duncan, wrote in his BBC match coverage, “A superb passage of passing play takes Rangers into the Dundee penalty box and, when Fashion Sakala leaves full-back Christie Elliott bamboozled by a dip of the shoulder, the striker should do better than wastefully launch his 15-yard drive high and wide.
“Rangers gradually ramping up the pressure as Dundee, as expected, are being pinned back.”
Doing the right things
Despite not hitting the target there, Sakala showed that he’s willing to take on the Dundee players and showcase who the superior team is.
He’s looked threatening on numerous occasions down the left side for Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s men.
Thus far, he’s failed to find the back of the net or muster a telling chance in front of goal, but he’s constantly threatening.

Hopefully, he and Rangers continue playing the same way in the second half as this game is there for the taking.
Dundee have offered very little in response and they’re unlikely to suddenly come out and play in the second half.
It’s time Gers grab this one by the scruff of its neck and win the contest convincingly.
