Barry Ferguson: Rangers star Joe Aribo is worth over £10m
Rangers star Joe Aribo has been valued at over £10million by former Bears midfielder Barry Ferguson.
The Nigerian international has been one of the team’s standout performers this season and netted his fourth goal of the campaign in the 3-1 win over Livingston on Sunday.
Aribo was heavily linked with a move away from Ibrox in the summer, with Crystal Palace among the clubs said to be interested in signing him [via Football Insider].

Appearing on the Go Radio Football Show, Ferguson was asked how much Rangers could get for the 25-year-old if he was sold.
“You’re looking at over £10million,” he said.
“You know you’ve got a chance of losing your best players. If they perform well up here, teams down in England are going to come in and pay big money.”
Key player
Aribo is one of the first names on the Rangers team sheet and that also makes him one of their most valuable assets.
At 25 years old he is approaching his peak, so several clubs are likely to have him on their radar for the January transfer window.

Aribo has started all of the Bears’ games in the Scottish Premiership, Europa League and Scottish League Cup this season, emphasising his importance to the side.
His superb first time strike against Livingston on Sunday was a showcase of his quality and he stole the show in West Lothian playing in a more advanced more.
If Giovanni van Bronckhorst continues to give the Nigerian international that freedom, that may encourage him to stay at Ibrox, at least until the end of the season.
It would certainly be a huge blow for Rangers to lose one of their star names as they pursue a second successive title.
In other Rangers news, a report has detailed the key tactical switch van Bronckhorst has made that makes the Bears more dangerous in attack.
