Chris Sutton reacts to Rangers appointing Giovanni van Bronckhorst
Chris Sutton has shared his instant reaction to Rangers finally appointing Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The return of the Dutchman was confirmed on Thursday evening as the Steven Gerrard gets left behind at Ibrox.
Joining the former Bears star in Glasgow will be Roy Makaay and likely Jean-Paul van Gastel in a powerful team.

Sutton took to his personal Twitter account to react to the news and it looks as though he is quite impressed.
Having said that, he couldn’t help but drop a line on Ange Postecoglou at the end of his verdict looking ahead to the Old Firm.
“Decent appointment by Rangers Giovanni Van Bronckhorst,” he wrote.
“Looking forward to him going head to head with Ange Postecoglou.”
Here we go.
If anything, van Bronckhorst being appointed gives us the upperhand in Old Firm games in the future.
No one fully understands one of these games until they have played in one, and that is exactly what our new manager has done, not only that, we all remember that goal.
Postecoglou is still getting to grips with Scotland, and that is a period that van Bronckhorst can hopefully skip given his experience here during his playing career.
Sutton will be one of those waiting for it to go wrong, but given the extensive talks throughout the week, no stone will have been left unturned that could lead to that.
Get used to more success, Chris, it’s bound to happen.
In other Rangers news, this coach could be set to follow van Bronckhorst to Ibrox this week
