Che Adams raves about Rangers youngster Nathan Patterson
Southampton striker Che Adams has showered heaps of praise on Rangers defender Nathan Patterson following his impressive performance for Scotland.
The 20-year-old was superb during Scotland’s 2-0 win against Moldova.
Patterson scored his first goal for his country and teed up Adams for the second goal as Scotland clinched a World Cup play-off place with a game to spare.

Adams, 25, only made his national team debut in March but he is one of the most experienced players in Steve Clarke’s squad.
The Southampton striker, who scored his third international goal, has been blown away by Patterson. He has hailed the Rangers youngster as an “amazing” player.
“Nathan’s an amazing player and a great guy off the pitch so I’m delighted for him,” said Adams, as quoted by Evening Times.
“He’s a good young prospect coming through for the nation and hopefully he can continue and keep adding goals as well.
Uncertain future?
Patterson is one of the top-rated young talents to have emerged out of Rangers’ academy in recent years. The young right-back has impressed every time he has taken the pitch, and big things are expected of him.
In fact, there is a feeling among a section of the fans that Patterson should be ahead of skipper James Tavernier in the pecking order. He has been *that* good.
This is where the challenge lies for Rangers to keep hold of their prized asset.
An approach from Everton was knocked back during the summer, with Steven Gerrard branding the offer as a joke.
There have been claims in the media that the Toffees are likely to make a renewed approach to lure the youngster to Goodison Park in January.
Rangers would be loath to lose such a fantastic young talent, but given their parlous financial situation, they might cash in on him to balance their books.
