Rangers star Conor Goldson faces exit
Rangers star Conor Goldson pulled no punches when speaking on his future this week, admitting no progress has been made on a new contract.
Jordan Campbell has reacted to that news, sharing that the Bears could be ready to lose their star defender for nothing in the summer.
The Athletic journalist insists that Goldson is facing an “impossible” task to prove his head is in things at Ibrox.

Writing in his latest piece for The Athletic, Campbell believes that the defender will be under the spotlight all season.
“The difficulty Goldson faces is that, due to the uncertainty that hangs over him, he faces an almost impossible task to present himself as fully invested in the Rangers cause over the next seven months as every poor game he has will be conflated with disinterest,” he wrote.

Big months ahead.
Goldson may not be the only one who leaves Ibrox in the next year.
There is heavy speculation surrounding the future of Steven Gerrard too, and it is hard to believe that both these two will be secured.
It is starting to feel like only one of these two will be leaving once this season ends, hopefully with another Scottish Premiership title.
After the whole saga over Glen Kamara’s contract was finally sorted in recent weeks, all eyes switched onto Goldson.
Major defensive signings would be needed should he leave over the summer, and automatic qualification to the Champions League would help that.
Goldson is being watched closely, and he needs to go out and prove he is 100% behind the cause with some huge displays yet again.
In other Rangers news, the Bears are set to seal a major signing with one player agreement almost certain in January
