Rangers owner Douglas Park secures major win against the SPFL
Rangers owner Douglas Park has secured a win against the SPFL over the ongoing Cinch row between the club and the league.
The Daily Record report that a court has upheld Park’s appeal to keep him locked out of an SFA arbitration over the Cinch row.
This means that when the proceedings take place, Park can be present and can offer his points of view on the refusal to advertise Cinch, which can only be a good thing for him and the club, while we can’t imagine the league will be too happy.

Big win for the Gers.
At the start of the season, the Bears revealed that they wouldn’t advertise the SPFL’s new partners because it goes against the club’s existing sponsorship deals [Daily Mail].
Since then, there has been a long battle between the league and the club, and it appears as if Park has scored another victory.
Of course, we will have to see what happens in the arbitration, but it seems as if Park will be allowed in, which is probably an important thing for the Gers.

This whole Cinch saga has been going on for some time, and it would be nice to think that this latest court decision is the beginning of the end.
This would probably benefit both parties so that the club and the league can continue working together.
However, we hope that the Gers win because we don’t really see anything wrong with what they have done regarding Cinch.
