Rangers Super Fans have flocked to a post on the Rangers Insider Facebook page about Chris Sutton.

The SPFL are discussing introducing VAR, which prompted Sutton to have a sly dig at the Gers about decisions going their way.

He doesn’t actually name Rangers but it is very clear that the BT Sport pundit is talking about the Bears, which has annoyed these Gers fans.

Sutton just can’t help himself.

The former Celtic man loves to have a dig at the Gers over pretty much anything, and this latest one seems to be about decisions going their way.

Now, there are two that spring to mind in recent weeks that could be classed as controversial.

The first came against Dundee FC when Jon McLaughlin was handed a yellow card rather than a red for bringing a Dundee player down in the box [Daily Record].

He then saved the penalty, and we think the yellow was the right decision.

The other sort of controversial decision was Ryan Porteous’ red card after he made a flying tackle on Joe Aribo [Scottish Sun].

Now, he didn’t make much contact with Aribo, but it was a wild challenge, and the red card was the right decision.

So, we can’t really see where Sutton is coming from with his latest dig but if it helps him sleep at night, he can continue while we just carry on picking up three points every week.

In other Rangers news, Charlie Adam makes interesting Nathan Patterson prediction.
