Rangers fans will certainly love Ianis Hagi after what he did post Covid-19 recovery
Ianis Hagi chartered a private jet from his own pocket post Covid-19 to join up with the Rangers side, according to his dad Gica, as stated by Emanuel Rosu.
The Romanian journalist who’s worked for The Guardian and FourFourTwo, spoke to Hagi’s father and he highlighted just how dedicated the Romanian is to club.
This will certainly have delighted the Gers faithful as this shows his commitment to Steven Gerrard and the Glasgow outfit.
Fans and managers love players willing to go the extra mile and this is certainly an example of just that.
Hagi is a model professional, excellent on and off the pitch and is willing to run through brick walls for his manager.
During Gers’ injury crisis last season, we saw him playing in a number of positions and he did so no questions asked.
He’s already a well admired and respected figure among the Rangers fans but this instance is going to elevate his status even further.
We’re hoping that he stays put at the club, but there are reports linking him with a move away from Glasgow.
According to Sport, he’s on his way to move to Italy and join forces with Jose Mourinho at Serie A outfit AS Roma.
While there aren’t any other sources providing any further updates on the situation, he recently shared a message on his Instagram account stating that he’s looking forward to working with the players as soon as possible.
There doesn’t seem to be too much in his exit rumours and his short-term future appears to lie at the Ibrox.
