Callum McGregor says Celtic got levels to go ahead of Rangers clash
Callum McGregor says that Celtic are not paying heed to any of the buzz surrounding the Rangers clash and are only focused on getting better.
The two sides are set to square off in the first Old Firm derby of the season and the Celtic midfielder believes that his side still have different levels to go as they keep getting better.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said, “We will let everyone else talk about the [Rangers] game.
“We just want to get better. We try and make the supporters proud of what we are doing. We know that we have still got levels to go.”
Big game
An Old Firm derby is always an exciting affair and Gers fans would’ve hoped that their side went into it on the back of a good start to the season.

However, that’s not what happened as they crashed out of the Europa League and lost their first league game after a year.
With only a handful games played this term, they’re already playing catch up to the rest of the pack.
Rivals Celtic have the same number of points as they do but are above them on goal difference.
McGregor talks big about going to the next level, but Gers themselves have got plenty of improving to do and a win against their rivals would go a long way in silencing the opposition players and giving the dressing room a much-needed boost.
We’re looking forward to this encounter on the weekend and hopefully it delivers the hype that’s been surrounding it.
