Chris Sutton reacts as Rangers thump Dunfermline
Rangers finally returned to their old ways last night as they cruised past Dunfermline in dominating fashion.
The Bears won 5-0 at Ibrox, bringing to an end a winless run of three games, the first of Steven Gerrard’s tenure.
Chris Sutton was of course one of those to react last night, and it was hard to avoid just how sarcastic he was.

Writing on his personal Twitter account late on Friday, Sutton addressed Brentford in the Premier League before the Gers.
“Brilliant Brentford,” he started. “Well deserved.
“Same old soft Arsenal and really well done to Rangers stopping the rot against Dunfermline…”
Embarrassing.
Celtic have gone from celebrating nearly a decade of Scottish Premiership wins, to celebrating a couple of wins after a miserable past year.
We have heard radio silence during our dominance in the past year, but as soon as the tables turn for one week, they come flooding back.
Sutton is the worst of the lot, as he just can’t help himself.
There is still a long way to go this season, and these early defeats have clearly lit a fire in Steven Gerrard and the squad, who took no prisoners this evening.
We may hear ‘it was only Dunfermline’, but it didn’t matter who the opposition were last night, they were getting battered.
It was relentless, the old Rangers were back and they’re here to stay, and this is a warning to those who have looked past us already..
