Stephen Craigan blown away by Calvin Bassey for Rangers v Dunfermline
Rangers returned to their very best this evening as they ran riot against Dunfermline in the Premier Sports Cup.
The Bears made eight changes for the game, and that certainly paid off for Steven Gerrard, who was desperate for a response.
Stephen Craigan was one of those watching on at Ibrox, and Calvin Bassey was one of the unsung heroes as the night went on.

Speaking during live commentary of the clash on Premier Sports, Craigan labelled the quality of delivery a “dream.”
“What about this cross from Calvin Bassey?” he said.
“He drifts it towards Denis Mehmet, it’s curling away from him at all times – that is a centre-forward’s dream. That is in the area of the pitch where the pace is on the ball, the accuracy, it’s just about making contact.
“That is top-class – that is a wonderful goal.”

Dream.
This performance has left us wondering if the spot of Borna Barisic is as secure as many believe at Ibrox.
The Croatian has struggled so far this season in all competitions, and his usually perfect delivery has left far too much to the imagination.
When Bassey is claiming two assists, no matter the opposition, he is putting a foot forward to start in more games further down the line.
Both assists were perfect, with decision-making and the ultimately the delivery top notch.
Gerrard now has a big decision to make and it will be interesting to see if his head has been turned during this clash.
