Rangers Super Fans fume about theory their team can’t play in front of a crowd
This is part of a regular series from our panel of Rangers Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around Ibrox. You can join in the discussion on our Rangers Insider Facebook page.
Rangers Super Fans have flocked to a post from Rangers Insider, which relayed a story from the Scottish Sun about the Gers and crowds.
Robert Grieve claimed that Rangers had to use tonight’s game against Malmo to prove that they could play in front of large crowds after losing to Dundee United on Saturday.
However, our passionate and loyal Super Fans were fuming with this suggestion and believe that this new theory is a load of rubbish.

It seems as if this theory about the Gers and playing in front of big crowds was started to discredit Rangers’ achievements last season.
We believe that it is a load of rubbish as well, and the Gers can definitely play in front of crowds, as they proved for the majority of the 2019/20 season.

Rangers haven’t made the best start to the season with defeat to Malmo and Dundee United, but tonight, with a full Ibrox backing them, we can’t see anything other than a Gers win.
Clearly, our Super Fans also believe that this theory about the Gers is rubbish as well, with many of them absolutely furious that anyone would even suggest this as a possibility.
Tonight is the perfect chance for the Gers to prove that this theory about them has always been a load of rubbish.
In other Rangers news, some Gers fans have been spotted setting off fireworks ahead of the Malmo game.
