
Rangers table bid to sign Bright Osayi-Samuel
Rangers have launched their first bid to sign Fenerbahce winger Bright Osayi-Samuel this summer.
According to Talha Arslan, the Bears are looking to beat fierce rivals Celtic to the former Queens Park Rangers speedster.
Previous reports from Fanatik suggested that the Nigerian would only cost £2.6million this summer for any interested parties.
