James McFadden blown away by Ryan Kent for Rangers v Livingston
Rangers got their Scottish Premiership opener against Livingston off to the perfect start this afternoon at Ibrox.
Ianis Hagi got the opener inside the first 10 minutes, smashing the ball into the top corner after a James Tavernier free-kick.
As expected, the reigning champions dominated the opposition and were knocking on the door almost constantly during the opening 45 minutes.

James McFadden singled out Ryan Kent as the one player to yet again catch the eye for Rangers, constantly causing damage.
Speaking during live coverage of the game on Sky Sports, the pundit labelled the speedster as a “nightmare.”
“It must be a nightmare to play against Ryan Kent,” he said.
“He doesn’t allow defenders to settle. He’s lightning-quick as well but he has so many small touches which makes it so difficult.”
Nightmare.
That is the perfect word to describe Kent and how dangerous he is.
Steven Gerrard pulled off a masterclass to get the winger to Glasgow, and he has only just getting better and better as time goes on.
Adam Lewis, another Liverpool academy graduate, was tormented by Kent as his Livingston loan spell got off to a dreadful start.
The level of confidence that Kent is playing with should frighten other teams, as he even popped up in the heart of defence to collect possession at times.
Kent will want more goal involvements this season and based on this form, that may be no problem moving forward for the Bears.
Interest is bound to come as we enter the final month of the window, but keeping the winger must be our priority.
