Ryan Kent back in full Rangers training after injury scare

Rangers winger Ryan Kent caused some controversy last week when not appearing for pre-season training at Auchenhowie.

Many started to believe that he was not at the training ground, and instead sealing a summer exit away from Ibrox.

That was not the case, he was actually stuck in the gym inside nursing an injury problem that he had picked up.

The Bears are currently in Liverpool ahead of today’s friendly against Tranmere, as pre-season starts to heat up.

A major update has been reported by the Liverpool Echo that will delight Rangers fans, and that is Kent back in full training.

Steven Gerrard utilised his legendary links with the Reds to secure the training base this week, and it will only benefit the squad massively.

Liverpool have a new state-of-the-art facility, and the Bears will be itching to get going after going through their paces there.

Amazing news.

This is exactly what we were hoping to see as pre-season starts to go up another level for the squad.

Kent looks set to play some part in the game later this afternoon, and that gives him more than enough time to get to full sharpness before the Champions League qualifiers.

John Lundstram was also among his new teammates, and we could see our first glimpse of the new man in action at Tranmere.

Gerrard has many decisions to make in his squad, and it looks as though Kent starting could be one of those as he mixes experience with youth yet again.

It could be a long afternoon for the English side, who are set to welcome a near full-strength Bears team, good luck.
