Rangers star Joe Aribo left stunned by Paul Pogba at EUROs

Rangers star Joe Aribo was left stunned on Monday evening as Paul Pogba almost stole the headlines at the EUROs.

The Manchester United midfielder curled home an unstoppable drive into the top corner from miles out, but still ended up on the losing side.

Switzerland managed to pull off what will no doubt the shock of the tournament, beating the world champions on penalties.

Aribo reacted to the action on his personal Twitter account last night, and he was left blown away by the goal.

“OMG Paul Pogba,” he said.

“My Centre Mid.”

It was a cracking goal, but yet again, it was proved that it isn’t all about Pogba.

The Manchester United star is a one-person army, and he could learn a few things from the likes of Aribo and the Bears.

Just like Pogba, most of our players are now done at the EUROs, including Borna Barisic, who also crashed out yesterday with Croatia without playing in that defeat.

Aribo is more than capable of doing just that himself too, with the Nigerian set to be unleashed on the Champions League next season.

After missing out on international duty over the summer through injury, we’re hoping the extended break with leave him 100% for the new campaign.

With Champions League qualifiers before the Scottish Premiership, Steven Gerrard will be looking for Aribo to go up to another level for the Bears, who knows? We could be seeing another version of Pogba at Ibrox.
