Rangers Supporters Club light up Burj Khalifa, footage hits 1million views

Rangers celebrated their 55th Scottish Premiership title this week in great fashion in and outside of Ibrox.

The Bears’ success has gone all around the globe, with the Burj Khalifa even being lighted up in the famous Blues of the Gers.

It is just one sign of how big the Light Blues are, and will continue to be under the stewarding of Steven Gerrard.

It was down to the Dubai Rangers Supporters Group who shared a huge update after hitting a major milestone in the past 24 hours.

“With over one million views of the Burj display across our social media platforms since Sunday. It’s quite incredible and shows just how big Rangers really are.

“We wish to highlight the support and also share the praise with all the other organisations and clubs involved.”

Incredible.

We are still amazed to see the mighty Bears on the Burj Khalifa.

Our success has gone worldwide, and it just proves that our global reach is something that can’t be denied after title 55.

Celtic hit the headlines in Dubai by visiting during the middle of the pandemic, whereas Rangers sat back, did the smart thing and sent our branding rather than our squad.

There is something quite ironic about the Bears being plastered around Dubai, especially after everything that has happened this season.

We can’t rest on our laurels though and get carried away though and make sure that celebrations like this are happening every single year.
