Charlie Adam shares Ibrox insight ahead of Rangers clash v Aberdeen

Charlie Adam has shared that the Rangers squad won’t have their families present for their final-day Scottish Premiership clash against Aberdeen.

The Bears will finally lift the title at Ibrox tomorrow and could finish as invincible while passing 100 points by avoiding defeat.

Adam has claimed it will be a “huge shame” that the players won’t have their families present, as they play a massive part in their success.

Speaking on The Football Show on PLZ’s YouTube channel, Adam shared an insight into what Ibrox will look like tomorrow afternoon.

“The lads, the players, the manager, they’ll enjoy it,” he said.

“What I’m hearing is they can’t even enjoy it with their families, I don’t think their families are allowed to be there on the day.

“It’s a huge shame because they obviously put a lot of time and effort into allowing the lads to go out and play.”

Madness.

We know there will be mad scenes outside of Ibrox tomorrow, but it’s a massive shame that those closest to the players won’t be there to celebrate too.

Adam will be close to those after his time at Ibrox, and his insight has shed some darkness on what is going to be an incredible day.

The Bears have been waiting for this moment for so many years now, and after a decade of torment, we can lift that silverware aloft.

It will be a long weekend in Glasgow, and there will be celebrations lasting the entire night, something we can’t wait to see.

The players will celebrate with their partners after the squad, and with lockdown protocols weakening, possibly together; let’s get the business done first.
