Rangers midfielder Steven Davis has been thrilled by the performances of Leeds United star Stuart Dallas after his 1-1 draw against Liverpool.
Dallas has been one of the standout performers in the Premier League this season, with Alan Shearer even labelling him as “outstanding.”
The Northern Ireland duo have both been phenomenal this season for their respective sides, who have both tasted great success at the same time.
Dallas took to his personal Instagram account on Tuesday morning, and it was Davis who was one of the first to fire credit his way.
“Machine,” he wrote.
What a weekend.
Both Dallas and Davis have enjoyed wonderful seasons at their clubs, and it got even better in the past week.
The Rangers veteran somehow found himself slamming home a bicycle kick in the crushing 2-0 Old Firm victory against Celtic.
Add that to him lifting the Scottish Premiership soon and putting pen-to-paper on a new contract in Glasgow, life couldn’t get much better.
Dallas enjoyed his birthday yesterday and has been the Premier League shock standout star so far this season since his promotion to that level.
Two goals against Manchester City was the pinnacle of that rise last week, and he will be motivated massively by his international teammate.
We couldn’t have imagined a better season from Davis, with his experience alongside the likes of Allan McGregor critical inside the dressing room for this unrivalled success.
There is a big “machine” in this Bears squad, and it is Davis, now he needs to lead us to an invincible and domestic double season.
