Alfredo Morelos admits he would leave Rangers for Premier League move

Rangers forward Alfredo Morelos has admitted he would leave Ibrox should a Premier League side make their move this summer.

El Bufalo has been inspirational in bringing Scottish Premiership number 55 to Auchenhowie this season, in what could be his final year in Glasgow.

Morelos claimed it is his “biggest dream” to play in England’s top flight, and nothing will stop him from achieving that; even his current team.

Speaking to Caracol Radio back in Colombia, Morelos admitted that he would like to leave Ibrox should an opportunity to move south present itself.

“One of my big dreams is the Premier League,” he said.

“It is one of the best leagues in the world, there are many important players and important teams. If the opportunity presents itself on my way I am going to take it in the best way.

“It is a football very similar to Scottish football and I would like it very well ”

Rangers

Huge bombshell.

We all know that Alfie wouldn’t be at Ibrox forever, but this seems strange timing with the title not even being lifted yet.

The dust hasn’t settled on this success, with the Europa League and Scottish Cup yet to come this season in a potential treble-winning campaign.

One thing for certain, Morelos will never be forgotten.

Not many have caused the carnage that El Bufalo has in Glasgow, but neither have many brought as many celebrations in recent years, and he will remain a hero no matter what happens.
