‘Giving it to Rangers’ – Alan Rough savages Celtic over developments after Dubai trip
Alan Rough has claimed that Celtic have handed Rangers the Scottish Premiership title with their performances in the past month.
The PLZ pundit has destroyed the Hoops, claiming that they would have won their past three games, including the Old Firm if they hadn’t had the Dubai trip on their mind.
Rangers now hold a 21-point gap with three games more played, something that could have been closed down to single figures if they hadn’t humorously collapsed recently.
Speaking on PLZ Soccer’s the Football Show on Monday, Rough destroyed Celtic for their antics in the past month.
“To go to Dubai, and then have 13 players out,” he said.
“Then, you drop four points in your next two games, that could have been four points to close the gap, and that just shows you how crucial all of these points are.
“They are practically giving it to Rangers at this precise moment in time.”
Rough is spot on.
We are loving everything that is happening to Celtic in the past month, they have embarrassingly collapsed on and off the pitch, and are getting pelters for that.
Rangers are cruising, and their professionalism is shining through as they stroll to number 55 – something which will happen sooner rather than later based on their form.
Neil Lennon made ludicrous comments on Monday and was torn apart by the Bears after claiming there is an agenda against Celtic.
They can’t seem to grasp that the trip to Dubai was a massive mistake, and maybe it will only get into their heads when they see Rangers lift the title – time will tell.
