‘So far off it’, ‘Absolute torture’ – Some Rangers fans blast ‘awful’ player at HT v Aberdeen

Some Rangers fans have blasted Alfredo Morelos for his first-half performance against Aberdeen on Sunday afternoon.

Morelos missed a very early chance in the game as he fluffed his lines with his eye for goal seemingly leaving him again.

The Colombian managed to open the scoring for the Gers later in the first half but this didn’t save him from the wrath of some Rangers fans.

Morelos started the game poorly as he missed a glorious chance to give the Gers the lead inside the first 60 seconds.

The Colombian scuffed the ball as he attempted to lob the Aberdeen goalkeeper as it looked like it may be another one of those afternoons for the Gers striker.

Later in the first half, Morelos did well to win a penalty that James Tavernier managed to miss as he showed some signs that he was growing into the game.

He took his eventual goal very well indeed however as he picked the ball up inside the box before firing into the far corner of the net.

It is this level of consistency that annoys Rangers fans as Morelos can be dreadful one minute and world-class the next.

One Rangers fans claimed that watching Morelos was like torture while others lambasted the forward for his early miss.

Here is how some Rangers fans reacted to Morelos’ first-half performance.
