Steven Gerrard made seven changes from the League Cup, although you would have been mistaken for thinking otherwise in the first-half.
After going behind twice, Scott Arfield made sure of the three points in the second half against the Belgian side.
Glen Kamara returned to the side, and he definitely impressed.
The Finnish international played a massive part in midfield, and also in the Arfield goal that well-and-truly set the Bears on their way.
The midfielder won the ball back with his relentless pressure and played a great ball into Ryan Kent who did the rest for the Canadian to score.
Work like that can sometimes go under-the-radar, but Rangers fans have once again drowned their star man Kamara in plenty of praise.
It is hard to think of one player who has become more of a bargain than Kamara after he arrived for only £50,000 – not many better in the modern-day.
Many Rangers fans have reacted to the performance of Kamara, and he was getting praise even when the Bears were struggling in the game.
The majority claimed that he is criminally underrated and that Gerrard could have a task on his hands to keep hold of him over the summer.
