‘Worst performance in a Rangers jersey’ – Some Bears slam one ‘Woeful’ player despite win v Livi
A section of Rangers fans have slammed Ryan Kent for his performance in the 2-0 win against Livingston at Ibrox on Sunday.
Kent, 23, lasted 75 minutes before he was substituted off by Steven Gerrard but during his time on the pitch he didn’t do much of note except for a few clever passes in the attacking areas of the pitch.
It would probably be fair to say that Kent needed a rest.

The former Liverpool attacker has played in all but one of Rangers’ fixtures this season across all competitions and has started all 12 of their Scottish Premiership matches.
For the most part, Kent has been sublime but you do get the feeling that he could have done with being rested for this game against Livingston when Gerrard has the likes of Jordan Jones available to replace the 23-year-old.
There were plenty of positives to Rangers’ performance against Livingston as they moved six points clear of Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
But the one big negative appears to have been Kent’s display, with one fan saying that it was his “worst performance in a Rangers jersey”.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

For all the amazing work Kent has done this season, he’s allowed the odd off-game.
We’re not going to sit here and defend the ex-Liverpool man for his performance because it wasn’t his best and he will know that – but it wasn’t as bad as that last Rangers fan made out.
Kent is probably tired but he also knows that he can take the foot off the gas in certain matches, especially when the likes of Joe Aribo and Ianis Hagi are stepping it up with their performances in the attacking area of the pitch.
We’re not concerned about Kent’s display and no one else should be either.
In other Rangers news, fans were drooling over this “unreal” player’s performance against Livingston.
