Sky Sports pundit makes Rangers team news claim, predicts scoreline for clash v Livingston
Sky Sports pundit Andy Walker has predicted that Rangers will win 3-1 against Livingston at Ibrox on Sunday afternoon.
Steven Gerrard’s side are in stunning form going into their 12th Scottish Premiership fixture of the season having won their last six fixtures in all competitions.
In their last two matches, they have moved four points clear of Celtic at the top of the table with a 2-0 Old Firm win at Parkhead and conquered Standard Liege in the Europa League.
Up next for the Gers is a clash with Livingston, who held Gerrard’s men to a draw when they met earlier in the season.
Ex-Celtic player Walker has backed Rangers to make amends for that sub-par performance at Almondvale in August and believes the Ibrox giants will secure a victory this weekend after Gerrard tweaks his starting line-up slightly.
“Impressive victories over both Celtic and Standard Liege should have Rangers full of confidence – and what a boost for fit-again Kemar Roofe. Not only did he score a stunning goal from his own half to secure the victory in Belgium but Steven Gerrard described it as the best goal he has ever seen live,” Walker said on the Sky Sports website.
