Confirmed Rangers squad v Willem II: Double injury boost as defender misses out
Rangers have confirmed their squad list for their Europa League qualifying clash against Willem II on Thursday evening.
Steven Gerrard’s men will entertain the Dutch side after easily dispatching Lincoln Reds Imps 5-0 in Gibraltar last week.
The Gers drew 2-2 against Hibernian on Sunday afternoon and appeared to get through the Easter Road clash unscathed.
Gerrard, as expected, has named a near-full strength squad for the game, with some injury doubts also included.
Ryan Jack and Kemar Roofe have both been included for the game, despite both having doubts surrounding their fitness.
Roofe was replaced early in Gibraltar last week, with Jack limping off in the victory against Dundee less than two weeks ago.

One player who will definitely miss out is Leon Balogun, with the defender left out of the squad completely.
Balogun was on the bench for the 2-2 draw with Hibernian on Sunday, although he wasn’t called upon by Gerrard.
Conor Goldson and Filip Helander were preferred by the Light Blues, although that didn’t work with that partnership conceding their first two goals of the season.
The 32-year-old has been superb in his three outings for Rangers so far since arriving on a free transfer, making two interceptions per game and completing over two clearances according to WhoScored.
It is unknown whether or not the Nigerian has suffered an injury or not, but let’s hope that this is a precuation and not another long-term knock.
