'Absolutely stunning' - These Rangers fans react to Castore training kit release

Rangers fans have taken to social media to express their appreciation for Castore’s new training wear.

The Gers shared a photo of two tops that will be worn by players and coaching staff next term to their official Twitter account on Sunday evening.

The release gives supporters a first glimpse at what they can expect from new kit manufacturer Castore, who signed a multi-year deal with the Glaswegian giants last month.

Admittedly, it’s a matter of taste, but we have to say that we’re very much onboard with the designs.

Simple and classy, it’s a promising sign of where the brand plan on taking us in the coming years.

The quality of the product itself looks to be high, and there are some nice little details, such as the “Follow Follow” stitched into the inside of the collar.

If there is one downside, it’s that Unibet sponsor that dominates the front of the pullover.

It’s big, bold, and ultimately just a little bit ugly.

But we live in an age where sponsorships like this are a necessary evil, and in the grand scheme of things, it could be a lot worse, and a lot more garish.

You would hope that it will be less noticeable when the tops are unfolded properly.

Another small gripe is that the badge appears to be printed on, rather than embroidered.

On a training kit, that’s just about acceptable, but you would hope that when it comes to next season’s shirt itself that we see the club’s crest stitched into the fabric.

It looks so much better and it lasts longer too.

That being said, these are minor things, and for the most part, we should be very excited about a top quality design that bodes very well for next season.
