Steven Gerrard gave a fitness update today in his Hamilton pre-match press conference and the good news is that Rangers haven’t suffered any injuries in the international break.
However, there was one interesting snippet that could have a knock-on effect for the team he selects on Sunday.
He said that all the players were back apart from Alfredo Morelos.
🎙️ SG: Everyone has returned fine and we have a fully fit squad, we are just waiting on Alfredo to return. Jordan Jones is also back fit.

The Rangers hitman has had a gruelling but very successful couple of weeks, playing two matches out in the States.
Morelos finally got his first international goal against Peru, earning his side a 1-0 win into the bargain.
He played 90 minutes in that game and then 45 minutes in the 1-0 win against Ecuador on Tuesday night.
With Morelos not back with the squad yet, we think Jermain Defoe will get the nod to lead the line on Sunday. He scored a hat-trick against Hamilton earlier in the season and will be desperate to get another go at their leaky defence.
Hamilton have conceded 23 goals already this season – five against Rangers. Only one other team has conceded more.
In other Rangers news, Ferguson is spot on about Alfredo Morelos, ‘ridiculous’ valuation not as crazy as it might look
