'Yes', 'Great to see you back' – These Rangers fans thrilled to see 25y/o star back in training

The Premiership is back after the international break and Rangers are preparing to play Hamilton away on Sunday.

Steven Gerard’s men are set to play 10 games over the next five weeks ahead of the winter break and it’s a period that will define the season.

Only another three points will do on Sunday and confidence will be high after recent form and the fact that Rangers have already smashed Hamilton 5-0 this season.

Jermain Defoe got a hat-trick that game and he will be angling for a start after the exertions of Alfredo Morelos with Colombia over the past two weeks.

We’re expecting full team news tomorrow in Steven Gerrard’s press conference but Rangers already dropped one bit of good news on Thursday that’s thrilled fans.

Jordan Jones is back in full training after the injury he sustained during a wild tackle in the loss to Celtic earlier in the season.

Jones had only been on the pitch for 20 minutes and he was sent off for his troubles too.

On Thursday evening, the Rangers official Twitter page dropped photos of him back in training with a simple message: “@JJordanjones11 back in training today”.

This is how the Rangers faithful reacted to the return of the winger…

Jones signed for Rangers for free this summer from Kilmarnock and has made 10 appearances to date. He’s yet to score his first goal but has registered two assists.
