Rangers midfielder Mohamed Diomande is seemingly a man in demand.

The 24-year-old was introduced off the bench as Rangers were disappointingly beaten 2-1 by Hibernian at Ibrox on Sunday.

Diomande also started Thursday's 2-1 setback to Jagiellonia Białystok in the first leg of third round of Europa League qualifying.

But Rangers do need to do some work on trimming their squad following an extensive summer recruitment drive.

Vanja Dragojevic, Cammy Devlin, and Dan Neil have all been brought to strengthen a midfield that looks overstocked.

And Rangers may now have a decision to make on whether to let Diomande leave before the end of the window.

Who has bid for Rangers midfielder Mohamed Diomande?

The bids are starting to come in for Rangers players now, with Youssef Chermiti the subject of a rejected offer from Galatasaray.

Another Turkish Super Lig side are in the hunt for Diomande, according to Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, who has over 2.3million followers on X.

Sabuncuoglu wrote on his personal account that Corum FK are the team to have launched an official bid for Diomande.

He wrote that an offer of £4.8million (€5.6m) has been launched by the top flight club for Diomande.

There has been no indication yet as to how Rangers have responded to the reported offer for Diomande.

You would feel, though, that there are other players Derek McInnes would rather try to shift before allowing Diomande to depart Ibrox.

Who else could leave Rangers this summer?

With the influx of options arriving in midfield at Rangers this summer, it stands to reason that some bodies will have to leave.

Nicolas Raskin has been involved in the squad for the past two matches, though there is still an expectation he will leave.

The Belgium international has attracted interest from LaLiga duo Real Betis and Villarreal, while Bologna, Roma, and Hull City have previously been linked.

Connor Barron is another who is facing an uncertain future at Ibrox, and he would seem a more likely candidate to depart than Diomande.

But, Rangers may decide that they could bank the cash and look to utilise it in strengthening the team elsewhere.

It is absolutely no secret that McInnes wants more attacking players, and judging by the defeat to Hibs that cannot come quick enough.
