Rangers to sanction Bojan Miovski sale - this is how much is needed for exit

Rangers are now open to letting Bojan Miovski leave ahead of the deadline.

It has been suggested that the Bears will be open to letting the North Macedonian leave, only if they bring in a new forward.

Youssef Chermiti's ACL injury has prompted Derek McInnes to request a search for a new number nine, with Kevin Kelsy set to arrive next.

The Portland Timbers hit-man will join the Gers for £9million, paving the way for Miovski to leave.

How much Rangers want to sell Bojan Miovski for

According to an update from the Daily Record this Tuesday, Miovski is available for transfer, but the Gers want more than they paid for him.

Rangers signed the 27-year-old from Girona last summer in a deal worth £4.2million, and want more than this.

The striker has received an offer from Turkish side Gelclerbirligi, but he himself is not keen on the move.

Feyenoord have interest, but he is not at the top of their list of potential striker signings.

Should Rangers sanction permanent Miovski sale?

There has been rumours to say Miovski could leave either on loan or permanently.

He came to Govan after only scoring four goals for Girona, a season after a standout campaign with Aberdeen.

Miovski has shown that he can struggle outside of Scotland, and has no momentum right now.

That said, Rangers would do well to get more than £4.2m for him, and should seek a permanent sale if they can find the right suitor.

But Miovski himself has to be open to a move, and it's not currently known if he does wants to leave at this stage.
