Rangers continue to be linked with AEK Athens left-back James Penrice.
There was speculation around the Scottish defender's future in January and his situation in Greece remains uncertain.
As things stand, Turr Rommens is the only natural option at Derek McInnes' disposal for the left side of the defence.
Penrice would add much-needed depth at Ibrox and work is being done to bring him back to Scotland.
