Rangers are in talks with Bayern Munich's Yusuf Kabadayi ahead of a potential summer transfer, according to The Fourth Official.

The outlet reported on its Patreon page on Sunday (9 June) that the Light Blues have already agreed a fee somewhere between £1million and £1.5million with the German giants for the 20-year-old winger.

Other clubs are still interested in the German including Lecce so nothing is yet confirmed, but the Light Blues have planned talks for Monday (10 June) to try and push the deal over the finish line sooner rather than later.

Will Rangers sign Bayern Munich midfielder Yusuf Kabadayi in the summer transfer window?

Rangers and Philippe Clement are wasting no time getting to work during the summer transfer window and while this deal isn't yet completed, it could be a very exciting addition to the Belgian's squad in Glasgow.

Adding to the attacking areas of the field is a must for the Gers this summer and while Oscar Cortes is an excellent start, a couple more additions will be incredibly necessary if the Light Blues genuinely want to close the gap to Celtic.

Rangers Philippe Clement
Philippe Clement is in need of reinforcements at Rangers.

He was a regular for Schalke in the Bundesliga 2 last season and while that standard of football can be questioned, he must be some player, to begin with, to be on the books of Bayern Munich in the first place.

With Abdallah Sima's future up in the air, as Brighton take their time to decide what to do with him in the transfer window, Clement and his recruitment team are going to have to explore alternative options to ensure they're not short of options next season.

Hopefully, personal terms can be agreed upon with relative ease and the Light Blues will be able to confirm signing number three of the summer.
