How Rangers can now demand more amid Oliver Antman and Derby County transfer twist
Rangers have received an offer from Derby County for Oliver Antman amid a new exit twist at Ibrox.
The EFL Championship club are at the table to sign the Finland international from the Gers soon.
As things stand, the 24-year-old is attracting plenty of interest away from the Light Blues after failing to cement his place in the starting lineup last season.
Derby have entered the race for Antman, who moved to Ibrox for around £3.5million last summer.
Derek McInnes has relied on the forward during pre-season, but it remains to be seen what role he has next season.
The Scottish manager wants the Glaswegian outfit to invest in new wingers, which could affect the Finnish attacker's prospects in Govan.

Ibrox News have previously covered claims that Anderlecht had reached an agreement to sign Antman, but those reports seem to have been premature.
The Belgian side have made an offer for the winger worth around £4m plus add-ons, but it hasn't been accepted.
According to the Daily Record on 29 July, Derby are also at the table, but none of the teams have matched the Light Blues' valuation.
FC Twente have also been linked with the attacker, but are yet to make a bid.
As for Antman, he is leaning towards moving to Anderlecht, but he hasn't closed the door on his other options just yet.
With the winger clearly in demand, the Glaswegian outfit may have an opportunity to start an auction and raise their price tag to sanction a sale.
Derek McInnes' wing options assessed at Ibrox
Rangers have two young and exciting talents in Djeidi Gassama and Findlay Curtis out wide, but they've been underwhelming during pre-season.
Antman and Nedim Bajrami are the other two senior options McInnes has called upon to play on the wings in the recent friendlies.
The Gers clearly lack depth in the position and it wouldn't be surprising to see them sign reinforcements sooner rather than later.
For now, Antman's sale might be a risk for McInnes as he prepares for the opening game of the season against Dundee United at Tannadice Park on 31 July.
