Billionaire Rangers director wants more to offer funds to seal targets ahead of January transfer window

The media outlet reported on 7 November that his worth is estimated to be $3.1billion and his wealth will be used to help the club achieve their targets this season.
The American investor was recently appointed as a director on the Gers board.
